INROADS is an organization that places talented minority students with major companies in their field.

In order to be eligible you must:
- have 2 or more summers prior to completion of undergraduate degree
- have a career interest in Business, Egineering, Computer & Information Sciences, Sale, Marketing, Health
- be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
